I am not surprised that Judge A denied ALL Amber Heards post-trial motions. The court made clear that Juror 15 was summoned by name and address and that his birthdate WAS NOT LISTED on the summons. The Juror questionnaire had his PROPER birthdate. This shows how disingenuous Heards' argument was. Judge A is clearly annoyed and took two pages to tell Team Heard why their argument re: Juror 15 was wrong. The order makes clear that the court is bound by the COMPETENT decision of the jury.

I was legit mad at Team Heard for slandering an innocent juror like this. This is beyond the pale even for them.

So the summons had no specified birthdate.... either person at the address with same name could have dutifully and honestly shown up. The one who did, produced his ID and filled out a questionnaire correctly with his information and along with all other potential jurors was vetted and subject to questioning by both sides. So where was the fraud ?? Did AH's team realise there is another gentleman at same address (the Senior one) and decided to spin a tale about mistaken identity?? What was the basis for that since the summons had no birthdate ??! Omg 🤯😐
Most states have an age limit for jury duty and it's 70 years old.The older person with the same name was 77 years old. Please verify the age limit in Virginia.
@@ileanahernandez1709 In Virginia, if a person is over 70, that person can cite age as an excuse not to serve on a jury, but age cannot disqualify a person willing to serve on a jury.
You don't serve on the jury or summoned if you are older than 70 years of age. His father was 77 years old. Elaine was truly grasping for anything.

AH’s fave thing to do is lie and defame people. Attacking the jury is just her typical bullshit. When I heard about this Juror 15 bullshit, it was obvious what crap they were concocting but now hearing how innocent and honest this juror was. Fuck team AH for going after this juror.

Her comment at the end of it about how the evidence shows that this juror and ALL the jurors followed their oath was amazing! She must have been sticking it to them for all their comments in the interviews about jurors looking at social media.
I loved how Judge A stated that she did not require the law teams to sign off on the order 🤣🤣🤣
If I hear one more person try to say "Elaine's a good lawyer" I will scream! She may be "good" on PAPER but clearly she has shown us she is not a good lawyer. No she's not, we watched the trainwreck and it was embarrassing. Period. But this seems appropo for AH. She is a walking disaster as JD and the rest of the world learned during this trial so it makes sense her main lawyer, Elaine is a disaster as well. AH should have gone with the Insurance co's legal recommendation but being the arrogant know-it-all, that she is, she went with Elaine and got what she got. Let this be the end. I love a sequels but only if they're good ones and if not it needs to stop.
Can’t even say she’s good on paper after the sh!t-show circus she ran during and after the trial. Totally discredited herself as utterly as useless as a chocolate coffee pot. Just saying.
EB is an extremely competent lawyer for her clients when it comes to settlements. Her pages brag over and over about the massive settlements she's secured for her clients. I think she has nearly no trial experience, and too much hubris to admit to herself that she can't manage it nearly as well as she assumed. And being a competent lawyer for her clients doesn't mean she isn't someone who constantly pushes boundaries beyond reasonable points to see what she might be able to get away with. She's exactly the kind of lawyer the stereotypes refer to.
I know Bon Appetit! I keep reading people saying “Elaine had a stellar reputation before taking this” which I find extremely hard to believe. She didn’t change that drastically with this one case (aka she was already devious and conniving)….. 👿 👿
@@azchick7938 well she was regarded highly before but in the way she got settlements before a case had to reach court. She isn't competent in court and is completely embarrassing herself for TV interviews. It's cringe to watch.
I remember Johnny Depp in court saying that he said to Amber she should try being wrong for once. It must have been a misery being married to her.

In the beginning, the Times Up Legal Defense Fund provided AH with four attorneys. After the audio tapes were leaked, every single one of them withdrew from her case.

Judge Azcarate really has been so patient and when you look at the previous motions, opinion letters, orders etc, you see how much work she has put into this. Also given that one of the opinion letters in 2021 directly addressed comity, res judicata, etc, as the Defence had already tried to argue it a year ago, that they presented the same thing a few weeks ago and then tacked on the bit about the juror, I felt for Judge Azcarate that she was having to repeat herself and they hadn’t even learned from what she previously told them.
I just don’t have Judge Azcarate’s patience and I really respect that she has worked so hard on this for so long. I just couldn’t.

I honestly feel bad for juror 15. This person went to a summon that was not meant for him, got picked as a juror, sat for a long 6-week trial, and patiently did his job as a juror, only to be maligned by Team Heard. No one deserves that.
I feel like you maybe didn't watch this video? The summons was for him, or his father. It didn't specify, so it was for whoever accepted the job and he did.

@@LadyAurian Right. The jury summons did not specify a birth date. The summon may have been intended for his father(without him knowing), but he took the job anyway. Either way, he did his job and should be applauded for it and not accusations from Amber's team.

I'm not in the slightest bit surprised that Heard and her team slandered an innocent juror. After all, their entire case, testimony and "evidence" slandered an innocent man. Her accusations do not prove she is a victim of DV nor SA. Just lame excuses to have the case overturned. Because the verdict this time around was fair and correct. Thankfully judge Azcarate has put them in their place and another win for Johnny.
