What about the words count, I noticed that in the 28 score your WPM was higher than the other responses, am I right ?

Yeah. Word count is really important. That is almost the same as "speaking rate" which I have come back to again and again in these videos.

Definitely TOEFL scoring is biased and isn't in touch with reality.
