Well it's relatively easy to knock up the practice shot (iron bar with a propellant cartridge) but likely done by one of the museums for licensing reasons. Its a shame but often the only option for small museums.
@@TheArmourersBench For items like that... I think stopping it from working entirely is kind of stupid. See also Bazooka, Panzerfaust (without warhead), or most tank cannons. A 9mm SMG, I get. Different item.
@@TheArmourersBench I would always advocate applying for a Museum Firearms Licence but I'm sure they had their reasons, or this could have been rendered 'innocuous' under the MoD system for non-service pattern weapons (i.e. not deactivated per se).
