On the balance of things, I think this is a terrible idea that came perhaps with the best intentions. These people do need something to do but it shouldn't be an actual job which requires a learned skill. They need looking after; not being put into a jobs fair. I nearly wept along with the woman who had to resign her position as a surgeon. Such a tragic thing to witness her at a stage where she still comprehends how much she has lost.
I think you missed the part where these people desperately just want something to do. Quit pretending you're actually concerned about them, you selfish twat.
a sneaky cull from benefits, work as long as you can, even if it means making a mess for your employer, businesses rely on experience as well as quality of product, a noble idea to give possibly still productive people the opportunity to contribute, but there are intrinsic problems that could harm a business' reputation. at what cost what happens to the person when they realize they can't contribute, then you have to deal with that depression and anxiety, where as if you had just let them stay on benefits and molder away in a happy provided-for life, no emotional messes to clean up.

Who wouldn't be distracted talking to Rachel Riley though??
I looked in Rachel's eyes and I'm also wondering what's my name, and who I am.
My first job was washing dishes. If I have to I will wash dishes and do so with a smile and a fond remembrance of my past
except you won't be able to keep up with the piles of plates
I love this 😊 what an amazing concept 🙋🏾♀️👌
I would have gotten an extra chair and sat down next to Rachel Riley and maybe ordered some starters. She is absolutely beautiful.
My grandma has dementia and she cant do anything but stay in bed

@@JonathanZeidman That was really inappropriate, you could have just disagreed.
Rachel will do that to you.
