Honestly if a Niko Bellic Vs Kazuma Kiryu fight happened, Niko would put up a good fight but would still lose to the Dragon of Dojima, Due to Kiryu's superhuman strength, and the power of Kiryu's heat actions.
Yeah but he would still be alive. Kiryu didnt learn moves in army. Niko did. Realistically Niko would win because he's experienced where Kiryu cant even defeat old cougar grandma .

Hear me out. Now, stay with me here. What if Rockstar made a complex (not so complex) fighting mini game in GTA? An underground fight club, with its own storyline that expands over 32 hours, amazing fighting mechanics, and an online mode? Nah, that would never work with a game like GTA. But boy... that would be awesome to see. Amazing gun mechanics AND fighting mechanics? Possibly separate so there isn't any colliding issues with open world and the mini game.
You know what? I'm gonna say it. GTA x TEKKEN fighting mechanics. Complex input moves, + and - frames. Animation cancel tech, let's just go crazy with it then.
