- When someone asks you something and you don’t know the answer, it’s okay to admit that you don’t know. But you can respond with more than “I don’t know” - you can use richer vocabulary, you can be more polite, or you can offer to help. I'm trying to get my students to not answer "I don't know" to everything, so we are trying three simple rules:
1. "I don't know" is now forbidden. Use a sentence like: let me think, I don't remember very well or well...
2. Use improv rules: "Yes and..." or always add information, even if it's just a little bit.
3. Inventing things for speaking activities is OK.
It seems to be working so far. 40 hour practice a day will keep "I don't know" away. :')
*I have to specify that "I don't know" in Spanish is a filler, so it's normally the first answer you get while the person you are talking to is trying to think. Unfortunately, it doesn't translate that well into English and students tend to leave it at that, while the teacher struggles to get just a bit of information about their weekend XD.

You really dont want face that absolute event by saying "i dont know".
By understanding the beginning of universe, we ll understand how we re gonna end. Since we re part of the universe.
When something begin, it ll end someday.

Aye, a problem of infinite precedence. Thats why i say its illogical. Thats why im trying to avoid of the using of the word infinite. Even like, infinite value of temperature is simply because our calculator cant handle the super long number. Infinite is math concept.
It depends on your definition of nothingness. Richard Dawkins nothingness is actually something. But when i say nothing i mean the absence of everything. So i agree with you when you mention the absence of all things.
The nothingness cant ever produce something. 0+0+0+0 it cant ever be one. Its the very basic logic. Im trying to be open minded person, thinking the unimaginable. But i still hold onto the very basic logic. Otherwise, whats the difference between me and a delusional?
And thats why this wonderful word "belief" exists. As you say, the believers know.
A belief is expectation to be true without proof. But i say, we ll need atleast a logical reasoning or even evidence to back it up. Otherwise, it would be just a blind belief and it ll collapse easily. But when somebody still believe in it, even tho it has been debunked (without any working counter debunk), such person is what i call delusional.
The funny part is we ve been believing so many things in our life without proving it. I believe my old man is my real dad. Reason: my mum aint somebody who sleeps around. Nobody close says the otherwise.
BUT, even tho i already took the dna test step on it. I still need to put the word believe here.
Like, i believe in the process of my dna test. As we send our dna sample to be processed by others. We gotta believe in the result of the test.
Being skeptical or doubling is good. But i think, not answering the question is illogical. You really want to bet on the difficult question of the exam at school, since unanswered question is the same as wrong question.
There re two main possibilities in life.
1) The Creator doesnt exist.
2) The Creator does exist.
We ll face so many basic problems if we take the 1st option in our life. Like, no absolute moral compass (you cant prove to an atheist big deal mafia that stealing is bad for that person. No matter what people say, that mafia still can eat on fancy restaurant, watch good movies and even have good companies/companion even by buying them).
But the main problem is, if its the wrong possibility, we are so doomed. We ll face the day of accounting without preparation.
Thats why i take the path of the 2nd option. IF the reality is the Creator didnt exist. Then we would just become dust. Nothing to worry about even tho we believe in the Creator. I still can be happy by living the 2nd possibility. This is the best "bet" you can have in your life dude. This is the smart choice.
