Only 1/3 from the quiz.... I liked Korea more I reckon! Good run on tired legs. Also, congrats on finishing 5/4, it was great to watch the series. Already looking forward to what might come next (summer parkrun series?). Top job talking to those sheep by the way, they normally get overlooked by elite runners, which is a shame. When I lived in the U.K., I once did two races in one day. At 11a.m. I did a 5 mile race in Coulsdon, South London and then drove all the way to Cheltenham to do a half marathon that started at 2.30pm! Needless to say the half was very slow. I did 1.33 which was about 10 minutes slower than what I usually did at that time. Are you up for taking on a challenge like that?

Not too sure to be honest Ben. Bit slippy and weren’t the fastest, but that was because of me rather than them!! Jury is out. Felt spring enough. Plenty of room.
