Attempt one scanned video. Gave up for a bit. Attempt to watched video again and took note of pats tips. Darn tire fell on practically. Great video from a sweet bike shop built by a stellar crew.
Great video ! My Assegai DH that you sold me is almost bald (amazing tire), my I will sing by one day to get a cushcore and a new non max grip DoubleDown.
I have installed CushCore Pro on my carbon LightBicycle and I have nothing bad to say about it. Yes, installation was a pain. At first, I used tire lever and yes, I damaged the tape; so, after reinstalling the tape, I only used hands. It was challenging, painful, but worth it. Ride is quiet, soft. I do not carry extra tube anymore, just tire plugs. Still searching for the optimum tire pressure. Running 19-20 psi upfront on Assegai 2.5” and 23-24 psi in the rear on Aggresor 2.3”. I am 175 lb heavy. What is your tire pressure suggestion or recommendation, or experience all around? Thanks.
Marek, I normally run Assegai front and rear and run 22-25 PSI depending on ride. If there isn’t allot of climb I hang at the 22 mark, lots of climb I run close to 25 both front and rear then bleed off front to about 22. I ran lower 15-19 range in the front and was rolling the tire allot in flat fast corners.

You guys make this so much fun...
I'm not sure Will was having fun but we did our best to make it entertaining... thank you for the encouragement
What a hostile work environment. Who would volunteer to race Pat on a CushCore install? 😂🤣

@@mholzenkamp4451 thanks a lot; appreciate the feedback. I have settled all around on 20 psi upfront and 24 psi on the rear. I love it!
