One Piece TCG Locals - OP08.5 Format || Marco VS Rebecca

Something a Little different this time around! The One Piece TCG has been something I have been playing on the side with Yu-Gi-Oh for a long time and considering now Its my second card game that I play almost on the same level as Yu-Gi-Oh!
For the first live match, We have me playing marco against on of the more unique decks in the game, Black Blue Rebecca. This game is played a lot more differently than Yu-Gi-Oh is and is actually quite fun and budget to get into!
