Very, very carefully! I wouldn't recommend it if it was a medium-sized or larger dog, and even then, it'd be a big cramped. You may want to look at a super shelter system, basically it's an oversized rainfly that comes all the way to the ground and gets staked to the ground, so your puppers hang out below the Hammock area.
