It’s unreal how much I tell myself during the day “stop smiling” at different times now and I never used to think that way too much at all. I still do smile, but I’m aware of it more now
I enjoyed tying up the laces and even offering ..because it's a long way down to ones own laces. And often I have thought wish someone did them up for me . Plus tripping over is tragic .
One of the best things I heard this week was: “Trump did not change the Republican Party; he revealed it.” I think a lot of Republicans are doing some soul searching this week on who they really are and what they stand for.

Etcwtc then thought about it again an felt relieved ..how many times a complaint is mainly about the speaker not the topic. If a jealous person is bitchin about me. I just can see it now. I think I just fell into codependency trap again. To give rats ass about others opinions and trying to keep my plans open for people that do not follow through and never have. So today I am giving the finger in the air and ordering a flight and taking a break doing whatever I want for a well deserved week. The rebel in me is rebelling on being nice.

U will have to learn to run again and what about lifting heavy weights the strain. What's the point u will pop another knee and another till the whole army will slaughter legions of knee caps to hang around ones neck ..so what is the operation stiching back common sense into a little knees muscle. It says in the scar tissue thick stubborn and knee wreakage not from prayer life more like overbearing wayward and irresponsible .um self reflection nar this of for the knee wreaker. Did he say the plan is to watch netflicks sit on the couch and just be a lazy slob. Ohh now the real self is showing up. Way more relatable now. .lol 😂
