I made a Dec 13-18 2022 visit, and Frenchmen Street was open and playing wonderfully. Going again!!!! I did not get to the Apple Barrel, but will for sure next time. The Spotted Cat had me captivated this time, as well as d.b.a.

The Apple Barrel is my favorite bar on Frenchmen. Cozy, great bartenders, and always good music. And of course Adolfo's upstairs.
