What i do is: I don't store rice and stew in the freezer. So you can use the big plates for rice and stew. So you dish into your plate and microwave it. Soup should be stored in smaller plates. I store in 2 plates. One for fridge, one for freezer so I eat the fridge own in 2-3 meals then replace. I do this for beans too as beans gets spoilt quickly so I store for immediate use in the fridge 1-2 meals. Then allow to defrost and put in the fridge in small batches again.
About storing the food, I watched a UK based youtuber a while back, she uses those smaller takeaway pack to store her food in portions. She'll just take a pack when she needs it. You can try that.
Wait first, you mean vegetables expire ? 🙄. On how to store foods in freezer, what I do is share my soups or food into portions, so I carry one plastic per portion, with that, I don't need to worry about other ones getting defrost. That would really really help. And girl, you are really glowing😘😘😘😘
Yeah you can say that again. But then, £30 is not easy to come by the same way #30 is easy to come by. What I mean by that is that, they don’t hold the same value😭 may God help our naira 😭😭
