Wow that must have been weird for some people, but the first time that I spoke LL was completely spontaneous, I wanted to say something to my cat and it came out in a strange language, and I froze in a spot, because I was stunned of where the heck did that come from! :)))
Well if you are an actor that means you are channeling constantly different personalities, you are tuning in to different types of personalities and you are channeling their state of being, you could try doing verbal channeling for example or automatic writing, just ask questions of your higher self and just respond without thinking about it!

So by the middle of transmission I got a headache and the pain in my shoulder that is always there became unbearable. By the end the headache is gone again and the shoulder is just a little bit better.
When I was a kid I used to dream a lot about Egypt. Anubis kept visiting me, I have a few experiences that were way too real to be just a dream. As a kid I also kept thinking that my earth parents are actually aliens that have kidnapped me and are keeping me here on this weird planet that is not right at all. Never felt like home here.

He has a lot of great materials also on exploring altered states of consciousness, with a lot of scientific facts and research and that ties also in with the ancient Egyptian mysticism. John Anthony West has some amazing lectures too about the hidden meanings of the ancient text, Robert Bauval is more in to astronomical stuff but that also plays a key role now. Have fun!
