The Casper Hybrid mattress adds coils to the already successful Casper mattress. It still features the Zoned Support system Casper is famous for and is thus a great match for back sleepers. Also, with the addition of coils, it is a more breathable mattress and a good fit for hot sleepers. Fans of mattresses with a balanced foam feel will also like the Casper Hybrid.
However, heavier side sleepers might not get the best pressure relief on the Casper Hybrid. Also, fans of slow-moving memory foam might want to look elsewhere.

It seems like a nice option but i prefer the Casper Nova Hybrid for being a softer hybrid mattress, i need soft as i tend to be a strict side sleeper. I do like the fact that all Casper beds offer zoned support on their mattresses👍

I would likely choose the Wave hybrid over the regular hybrid version. The zoned support wins for back issues and gentle support for shoulders, both of which I've had issues. The airscape top foam appears to provide a cooler sleep material, so that likely would help as well. Thanks for the information
The Casper Hybrid is definitely a contender for my next mattress purchase. I have a store fairly close so hopefully I can go try their different models and figure something out!

I like Hybrid mattresses, the combination of a zoned Casper mattress with springs is awesome :)
Love that it is a hybrid (hubby insists on coils even though he doesnt trust ANY bed in a box to have decent/strong coils) Also like it has good breathability,zone support (I need that lumbar), and the more responsive foam.

The more videos I watch of casper mattresses, the more I'm drawn to them! I love the idea of the casper hybrid but being a lighter person, i don't think the added coils would be necessary.
Have alway liked hybrid beds. I sleep on an original Casper and it works fairly well for me.
I'm really curious about the zone support and how it would feel to me. I'm worried the firmer foam would hurt my hips. I already wake up with sore hips and shoulders everyday.
I think I’d have to spend more on the Wave. I have a lot of hip pain sleeping on my side. Lots of people I know like their Casper but the customer service ratings are pretty low. I’d love to try a Nova but I’m scared!
I think my choice would be the CASPER WAVE HYBRID or CASPER NOVA HYBRID. BOTH seem great for side sleepers like me.

Good comparison between same brand. It's like a vertical wine tasting. Memory foam is not for me, but these obviously have a wide appeal.
how does this differ from the 2019 casper hybrid? or vs the costco casper select hybrid?
This is a nice mix, but their hybrids Wave or Nova (probably Nova) would be ones I would prefer as a side sleeper due to softer top. I do like the minimal motion transfer, air flow and zoned support!
I learned today if u need extra support get a NOVA. I wanted a NOVA but it’s too expensive if you don’t mind not having extra then get the original its plenty
I am a side sleeper about 235 lbs hip and shoulder issues. My wife also side sleepers about 135 lbs, lower back issues. Could you make a recommendation?

The Casper Original is not for me--too firm since I'm a strict side sleeper and like to sink in a little. I do like that they all have zoned support. That is a good feature of this mattress. I think that I would like the Casper Original Wave Hybrid more. I would purchase it but it is a little pricey. Thanks for the great review Marten.
My mattress has a horrible dip in the center of it. Ive had it for 4 months. My wife and I are looking for something for each of us. She is a hot sleeper, I am not. I am a side/stomach sleeper she is a side/back sleeper. We are polarized on some things for a matress because if one has to compromise that makes the one less comfortable at night. I am very heavy sleeper, as of our current mattress situation she climbs over me to go to restroom at night and does not wake me. So the motion transfer isnt as big of a problem for us. Slow, hard to move memory foam is a big no for both of us. I am 5'-10" approx 155 lbs. She is 5' - 0" approx 107 lbs. We do have a little more of a strict budget so not wanting to break the bank, but we have definitely agreed a mattress is worthy of savings accpunt spending. Ive watched many videos of yours with her, she likes mattresses that I feel wouldnt fit for me, and visa versa. Is there any suggestions on like a top 2 or 3 we should be looking at or be willing to compromise for?

I would prefer the hybrid version because it sleeps cooler and I’m primarily a side sleeper, it’s also more durable.

Is this a good mattress for plus size individuals 250-350
Hi Heather! The Casper Hybrid should be a good option for plus size back sleepers. However, for plus size side sleepers, they may experience some pressure build up around their shoulders and hips so probably not a good option. If they are primarily a stomach sleeper then this mattress may not be a good option either due to its relatively soft firmness. We typically recommend mattresses that fall in the 7.5 or higher firmness range. I hope that helps!
