What a penalty. Take a look at 10.02 ! If this was a penalty, what should be position of the hand? It couldn't be closer to the body, nor in more natural position. It is hard to believe that this could be mistake.
It was no penalty. It is impossible for any player to get their arm/hand out of the way of a ball kicked directly at them from that distance. A penalty used to be awarded for deliberate contact with the hand/arm of the ball. As an example if the ball was going for her face and she lifted both hands to protect her face there would be no penalty but in this case she moved NOTHING and the ball was kicked at her by the English player and a penalty is awarded. Good luck to England as they got an ill-deserved draw instead of a loss. But it robbed Serbia of 2 points in this group.
Another shame for UEFA! To award such a penalty is more than shameful, until when will big teams rob small ones in competitions. Even at the European Championship, there was no clear penalty against Mitrović in the match between England and Serbia. If it had been decided, England would not even have passed the group, and would not have reached the final. UEFA, shame on you!

Few days ago I said that Spain saved the football... No one can ever save this once beautifull game from UEFA and FIFA mafia, they will forever keep doing this... I will not comment the penalty, everyone can see it in slow motion... R.I.P. football ❤️💔
the referee will look stupid ...raising her arm to indicate intention ...when it is clear that the defender is sideways to the attacker and the ball hits her arm/elbow much lower than indicated by the referee. Video doesn't lie.....!!
