Hi Wendy, I have a shampoo bottle now that I have to open up to use because I can’t get the product out! But at least it works well. I also get keratin treatment. My hair is very course and thick. I’m due for another one. I love a good fragrance in my products. I can understand why you’d rebuy them! Hopefully the other product will work better! Take care, Mona
