It was mothers day an ahe asked him about her gift, he tells her oh well you're NOT🙅🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️ my momma so i didn't feel the need to buy you anything. She said ooooohhh really🤔🤔🤔 okay thats cool😎. The following day she cooked only enough for herself ate, cleaned up, when he came home from a hard days work he asked where was dinner and her exact words to him was I AIN'T NONE OF YOUR MOMMA REMEMBER,JUST YOUR WIFE THAT BORE YOUR CHILDREN😂 so you should go to her and have her cook you a meal from now on! He apologized quickly.
Man how do I send this to my child’s father who I’ve been engaged to for four years? 😂 I’m constantly being patient every year with him not doing anything for me for Mother’s Day but this gave me validation that I’m actually not crazy for getting a little sad this year because I told him the least he could’ve done for me was make me coffee or let me sleep in. I got nothing. I haven’t married him officially yet because I’m scared there’s gonna be one year that I’m not patient anymore…
Honey, you deserve more than this. This man could’ve literally done the bare minimum, gone to Walgreens and got you so flowers. Got you a present of some kind, could’ve sent the kids to be with grandma or grandpa and just got some popcorn and candy and pizza and had a movie date at home on the couch. or hired a sitter or took them out him self and left you to rest.. I got nothing for Mother’s Day because we were genuinely that broke. But he makes up for it by being a good husband. He didn’t get anything but my love and affection on Father’s Day. Because we still that broke. But he knows I’d give him the whole world.
