Monstercat’s fifth main series compilation ‘Evolution’ dropped in February 2012, being the first of which to contain TWENTY tracks! This compilation saw the label debuts of Rogue, Insan3Lik3 and Day One, as well as classics from Tristam and Noisestorm.
Note: Noisestorm’s ‘Renegade’ EP will NOT receive its own ranking, as the three tracks featured on it are also apart of this compilation. thanks for your understanding!

this is all my opinion, and i don’t tolerate blatant disrespect towards artists in my comments. by all means you’re allowed to have a least favourite but be respectful about it! don’t be bashing me about the ranking either, it’s not gospel truth and you should enjoy what you want without being judged :D

#2 and above being the only tunes that are 7 and above is crazy, agreed #1 tho
but follow me should be higher, even with the limitations it has
i mean i’ll knock points off for limitations/things i don’t like, so perhaps it’s just a guilty pleasure 🤔
it goes without saying, but so many pre-014 monstercat songs would be SOOOOO much better with better mixing

i feel like i’m mentioning it too much but considering i’ve been brought up on modern stuff it just doesn’t hit how it would for the people that discovered it a decade or more ago
that being said, there’s a good handful of well mixed tracks from that era
