This was the first season i started going to watch Derby and its only now ive seen us get promoted again (albeit from League 1) please dont make me wait another 17 years Derby lol
As a newcastle fan being the only team not just to lose against u's but not even win against u's made our season embarrasing should of done the double over us
Don't be stupid it gave us weeks of glorious banter points over the red dogs. Travelling back up after the win was awesome as well, the flags over the motorway bridges heading back into Derby and us tooting our horns as we went past was fantastic. It gave us a memorable day and anyone switched on would have known we'd be coming back down (relegation) without serious squad investment,, 2 weeks before the season started we knew we were going to be relegated anyway. But nothing will beat that day and its the experience of it. It sure as he'll beats the depressing day in 2014...
