Killmonger is one of my favorite MCU villains of all time and his mercenary outfit with the Vegeta-like blue shirt and armored vest is my favorite look for him(since I’m an equally huge DBZ fan as Killmonger himself, Michael B. Jordan)
I do love that switch out hair, that’s a great feature to include. His sculpt looks great They did a great job with all of the scarring too.. It is too bad that they made that jacket a tad too short and did n’t make it so that you could switch out magazines on the weapons. He looks great but yeah, just a little bit too big to pose right next to Black Panther. Thanks Justin!
I don’t call Killmonger a "villain “ but and "anti-hero” he is one of my favorite marvel hero next to the Black Panther. I gone to get this action figure and add this fully accessorize figure to my collection. I like how these third parties companies are doing a good job on these figure just as good as the 1st tier companies are doing , I’m going to order this one today and glad Justin’s did this video essay on this item.
@@krishnaalmeda3125 Depends on perspective, some people may see him as a Hero and others will see him as a villain. Personally I don't see him as a Villian because most of his points were correct, it just he wanted to achieve his goals via violence which is no different to what others have done throughout history who are hailed as heroes and founders LOL.

That scene doesn't make him a Villain, it makes him a no nonsense King/Leader. But then again anyone who is seen as trying to dismantle the current structure of things is seen as a villain I guess.

Great character in the movie translated into a great figure representing this character in 1/6th figure form.

I only got their Peter B. Parker figure (who, incidentally is, still too tall), but they surely are headed in the right direction.
Another tempting figure to pick up as a non Marvel collector. So many options on looks. The mask, Timbs, the jacket (wish it was properly sized, museum look vs militant assault look. Nice!
MBJ was actually pretty bulky during this role, but he isn’t that tall like you mentioned. He’s only 6’0 so shouldn’t tower over other people. Especially Chad, they were both the same height.
@Blake Wilkey I’m not gunna argue over someone’s height, but I made a google search before I even made that comment on both of their heights so I knew I wasn’t going to be contradicted on that, but you can look it up yourself man.
The sculpt for the figure looks great, My opinion as a firearms Armorer in the real world: the 1911 pistol looks good and is pretty accurate in sculpt to the Springfield 1911 that was used in the movie which has a black slide, but with a silverish gun Metal finish to the barrel and appears to have a more greenish/grey two tone look to the lower frame. The barrel sticking out past the slide is accurate to the movie as it was threaded for a suppressor. As for the rifle… yeah nah it’s not accurate at all. It looked good at first then you flipped it over and they only sculpted in one side of the gun and just mirrored it over to the other side which is not at all correct. The dust cover should only be on one side of the gun not on both.
Just got mine in the mail today and I'm already having issues with the figure. The right arm is either completely broken or has become detached from the shoulder because I can't get it back in the socket. The arms don't bend at the joints or if they do, it's extremely tight to the point that I feel like it'll break if try to bend any harder. The eye glasses are frames only, no lenses. I'll definitely have to send this figure back. I hope no one else has experienced the same problems I have with this otherwise great looking 1/6th scale figure.
This is a great review and a decent looking figure. I'm curious to see how Daftoys does with their Leopard Agent. To me, that one looks better based on the photos so I'm hoping you do a review on that one and compare them both figures.
@Agent B1ack Yes, I agree that the head sculpt is a little off on the Daftoys but, based not on pics, I like it better than the Youngrich Toys. Either way, I would love Justin to compare the two to see the differences in materials and sculpt.
Could you take off the ankle? Heat it up and pop it off. Or if there's the screw covers on the hips, you could switch the legs, keep the torso. Just ideas

This is a pretty cool figure! They sort of cheated out on the AR though. Given that it’s the same casting on both sides so that you can see the BCG on either side. Still cool though!

Damn, the headsculpt and accessories are some first party companies. I mean, are they even allowed to make figures this perfect? Aren't they risking getting sued for the actor's likeness?
I preordered and cancelled this one. when i saw that Daftoys was doing a version aswell. I just think this would have worked better as 2 seperate releases: one shirtless and one with the 2 outfits with a slimmer /smaller body. It's just a bit too bulky, but a great try. I m just so impressed by all the Dafttoys products so far that i went for that one.
I don't know why but the extra mags for the rifle are useless to have since the drum mag on the rifle is molded into the gun. If it wasn't then it would make more sense to have those extra rifle mags.

His body feels a little too light in skin tone, like this figure feels perfect to me, outside of the likiness to Michael B's skin tone.
