1.3 Lakh of rent for a 3 BHK in a premium locality like Lower Parel in a skyscraper is not bad at all.

I have stayed in Lodha Cuff Parade for around 60k for 2 BHK… I can totally relate however I am glad I have moved from Mumbai to Gurgoan where I can stay in bigger carpet size flat instead of matchbox while enjoying all amenities. Also less traffic for car commute.
Gurgaon is wonderful in terms of quality of life...extremely stylish and modern along with quality life.

Really it's an amazing video... How people's mindset will changed after getting this kind of flats... One thing I personally like is people connection... As Kushal said in this video that nobody here in this flats who thinks that if someone helps anybody is kind waste of their time... I personally liked the areas and amenities are also good... 3 bhk 5.5 cr rental yield 2.4% approx :( excluding Maintenance.
If rental yield is 2.4% + yearly service charges, it's not a good deal to invest.
If you are talented then space or location doesn't matter to anyone's. You have to believe in yourself that's it. Everything is mind game. How you think that's up to you.
Plenty of people dont even earn 45k let alone paying 1.3L for just accomadation.
Windows opening 50 percent is stupendous and combined with poor circulation it is ethereal.
Such kinds of apartment will be built in future..we need to get used to it..

i felt like the apartment is a bit underwhelming. location is prime no doubt but there is nothing luxury as such. the bedroom is very small and the windows are a big disappointment.

Anderi to lower parel commute via trains is less than 30 mins...but u still prefer to spend 50k rent...the question is saving 1hr daily for him must be equivalent to earning 50k..who knows

I lived in nashik, This guy can hire 4 full time employees in nashik by paying 45k with office rent. The rooms are tiny and no galleries lol. No ventilation. Man nashik is full of greenery and one of the best cities to live in. People from Mumbai are going to nashik. And I don't know what business he does and how much money he makes. But this is a very bad decision according to me.

This society gives him free access to top corporate honchos of India with wealth if experience and networking. Neither paying a cheaper rent in other parts of Mumbai or Nashik will give him that. That's his cost.
