I now have my own Smart Doll (7-9-2021), and I was wondering how the peg goes.And now I know about the neck/head movement! Thank you i have learned a lot!
That may be the issue! If the clothes are tight and the material is thick, sometimes that gets between the thighs and hips and limits the range of motion. I can't get my girls to sit when they wear denim shorts or pants.
That's totally fair! I used to be too, but then I had to erase scuffs from the face and I discovered exactly how durable the paint was. I also wash my hands before handling my dolls :)

Grab her by the ears… I always avoid touching the face, unless absolutely necessary 😉
