很多年轻人都有很好的双语主持能力
但是就是这些老艺人不给年轻人机会
机会是经纪公司所属公司给的。和这些前辈没关系吧。而且机会是要靠自己去争取的。很多年轻的艺人还很青涩。中文能力不强，不稳，咬字也不清，怎么主持好？那公司又怎么可能给予机会？
你讲到好像是前辈赖着不走，please lah. 新传媒有在提拔很多新主持人像曾晓晴、六月、 Ayden Sng、阳光可乐 。 连林慧玲(Rebecca)也被叫去主持NDP了。新艺人们都有在主持自己拿手的节目。他们也拍了很多广告。拍广告很多钱，好不好。
难道有实力的年轻艺人出现，资深艺人就要被踢一边？当你50岁时，老板跟你说, ‘我聘请了年轻人，你可以bye bye 了!’
老一辈的广众也对老一辈艺人熟悉。大型节目让实需要实力雄厚的资深艺人压场是无可厚非的。更何况年轻一代接棒大型节目也是迟早的事。
最近我们也鲜少看到郭亮主持了。难道他一年里一两次在大型节目亮相，你也看不过眼？老一辈艺人可是对我们的影视业付出很多努力。 你的留言太无礼，幼稚和片面了。
