I have the same speakers at home. The binding posts are located at the bottom. Can you give some details about your stands?
The stands are home made for my Rothwell mono's oak beam off cuts sorbothane feet & granite tops with 50mm sorbothane feet as mounts for speakers.😎

How do you rate Mission 770 compared with Jamo Concert 8 what's better?
They're amazing considering their age & all original so after they've been rebuilt I'll let you know, but they are very good with epic bass smooth mids, great detail & clarity. (a better allrounder than the 8's but I wouldn't part with the 8's) Both 770s & 8s share Seas Drivers & Tweeters 20+yrs difference in Design! 😎

I like the Concert 8 very much, but I want to go further and get either a forward bass reflex / slotted port or a closed box, as well as a larger midbass and possibly a larger cabinet volume. So far, I have determined for myself the closest USHER BE 718 in terms of these characteristics.
