Kathy by accident or by the grace of god my children and I have heard you on the radio while driving them to school in the mornings. We are in such need of hearing these words of wisdom especially at a time like this. Raising two teens who want to have independence. We have been struggling to keep them engaged. I needed to hear this to reconnect with our most precious gift of all ... our children. Thank you♥️
I love Dr Koch too ! She is a wellspring of wisdom and knowledge. I lost my son to suicide and have learned so much since then . She has been one of my favorite resources, so specific and practical yet completely transforming. I still have a 12 yr old daughter so I'm grateful to have the tools to be the best I can be as a parent . Thank you so much for continuing to bring her on !
I always like to learn more. I was trying to find more of a bio on Dr. Kathy Koch and I couldnt find any. I prefer to take advice from actual parent. I couldnt see if she had any or how many kids she had, or her childhood etc. Anybody know of any please let me know.

Wish I would have know these when my boys were little. I will use this on my foster man lol 17 1/2 year old foster son! We just got him this week!
