    I love love love this! Soooo want to try. But i have a question do you really have to glitter the whole cup? It seams like a big waste to do so. Is it because of levels not being even? But wouldn’t the epoxy even that out? I mean it does when u put on a decal. Oh my artist brain is arguing with science brain.

    • @karenbaskettdiyer
      @karenbaskettdiyer  3 года назад

    This is awesome! I'm going to try it and have a quick question. Do you think the blue lagoon spray paint was really needed? I guess I'm asking if you need 2 paints or if just the white alone will work? Is it the 2 paints that make it looks foamy like the ocean? Thanks 😊

    can you let me know the exact color inks you used? i just used your link to order inks! :)

    • @karenbaskettdiyer
      @karenbaskettdiyer  Год назад

      Hi Heather! My inks are all packed away right now. If you ordered the same ones I got… I literally just pulled out all the shades of blues and greens. I do remember after making several though.. the turquoise color when mixed with the others would sometimes yellow… not 100% sure if it was ink combos or possibly my white spray paint. Anyways.. I hope this info is helpful!

    Where did you find the sea turtle design?

      It’s on Etsy… just search Sea Turtle SVG. You can purchase it alone or in a bundle. ☺️ Thanks for watching!

    What brand of quick coat did you order?

    • @karenbaskettdiyer
      @karenbaskettdiyer  2 года назад

      Honestly I can't even remember now. I switched to Crystalac a little over a year ago due to major reactions to Epoxy. I think I only used it a couple of times and then had to toss it out. :(

    What type/grit of sandpaper do you recommend?

      I usually just grab whatever I have on hand... lol the finer grit the better.

      @karenbaskettdiyer  3 года назад

      Hi Deidre.... I have an etsy shop... www.karenbaskettdiyer.com
      My turnaround time is about 3 weeks and all of my tumblers are epoxy free now. Well I do have a few epoxy ones listed but for the most part all are now made with Crystalac :)
      Thanks so much for watching! :)
