I work night shift and my sleep pattern is the same on my off days. I’ll sleep 8 hours on the nights that I work which helps balance it out
Last time I got my PPD checked mine looked like yours and they tried to tell me it was positive because it was red around the injection site. I had to argue with them. I just have super sensitive skin

Measles is so normal here in the Philippines lol
In India we don’t know what a post 24 hours duty off is! Especially in surgrical departments where I am at..forget about weekends..we get one Sunday off for every 14 days (despite including one or two 36 hrs shifts in these 14 days)..wish higher ups realise we are humans too and take in more residents

Basically USMLE has 3 steps. So Step 3 can be given during residency, while the other 2 are given before I think.
