    As usual, it's a wonderful image and expression.
    The best thing about it is the composition.
    The feeling of cutting out is just wonderful.

    In Itay there's only one large valley called Valtellina, in which buckwheat is used to make a traditional pasta: pizzoccheri (pron: pitzokkery). Also one kind of walnut cream is used to season spaghetti. So you gave me the idea to make "pizzoccheri alle noci" (pizzoccheri pasa seasoned with walnut cream). I love soba noodles.

      Sorry for the late reply! I recommend mixed miso with red and white!
