offer an alternative that enables nonprofits to effectively navigate rapidly evolving
environments and avoid the pitfalls of being tied to a plan that becomes obsolete within a matter of months. participants will have the opportunity to explore and compare the traditional and real-time strategic planning models, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their respective strengths and limitations.

When not working, she’s writing fiction, reading, running (or feeling guilty for not running), or
pampering her inner foodie at some great local restaurant. She's a passionate alumna of her alma mater, the University of South Carolina, and is on the constant lookout for cute Gamecock gear.
