ESPASOL RECIPE || PANG NEGOSYO || SOFT AND CHEWY RICE CAKE

Espasol , Soft and chewy rice cake originated in Laguna Province. it is made of coconut rice flour, sugar and coconut milk .
In my version of this recipe i made a twist . a touch of lemon zest that made this recipe a nice flavor and so yummy.
Ingredients :
600g glutinous rice flour
3 cups of coconut milk
1 big can evaporated milk
1 big can condensed milk
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp lemon zest.
