Bikaneri bhujiya is a very versatile snack, you can eat in various ways. put bhujiya in yogart, or spread utter on bread slice and put bhujia over it to make a sandwich, mix with onion , green chili , boiled potatoes and a dash of lemon to make a very savoury chaat , make bhujiya paratha by filling bhujia in it, or munch with chapati, it is a all time snack. Also try putting bhujia in chai and eat with spoon. Always keep a packet of bhujia in your kitchen to thicken the gravy of any dish.
Every episode of this series is so much fun, sweet and brings a smile on your face from beginning to end.. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The sherbat vendor has such a calm, relaxed and welcoming attitude. Just so beautiful to see people like this and conversations like this...thank you for bringing us this side of India too! GodSpeed
😂😂😂 when Pete said “Gin”, I couldn’t wait to watch the whole video and had to comment. What you were tasting was literally the non-alcoholic version of the Heritage Liqueurs. Except for the milk version. Those local flavoured liqueurs were consumed by the royals as a digestif / after meal mouth freshener. Saunf (fennel seed), Rose, Kewra among many many more. Earlier, it used to made and sold in wine shops across Rajasthan. Now, it very rare and few places, they make it at their homes. Mostly in and around Jodhpur and Udaipur. You can ask your hotel/Airbnb people. 🍻
You'll soon have a million subscribers for sure! Your demeanor in front of camera is just so sweet and captivating for the audience! Especially Mr. Pete!
i like small rasgulli jiucy not big sponge ones . i dont like dry kala gulab jabun but big with dry fruit stuffing warm gulab jamun with little syrup and that too in winters while rasgulli chilled in summer .....drooling THINKING about it in US
You should go to Gir National Park Gujarat Only Home To The Majestic Asiatic Lions and I think you would be the first foreigner to cover that on RUclips beautiful place .
Bucket list destinations to explore in Bikaner City: Junagarh Fort, Lalgarh Palace, Laxmi Niwas Palace, Gajner Palace, Rampuria Haveli, Sadul Singh Museum, Prachina Museum, Devi Kund Sagar, Gajner Wildlife Sanctuary, Sursagar Lake and Skybird Water Park. Bikaner is famous its Mojaris footwear, wooden antiques, bhujia snacks, lacquer bangles and carpets.
Hay, I'm from jodhpur. Come quickly at my place. I'm out of station otherwise, would be glad to meet you. Here you will get different types of Rajasthani cuisine. and our rich heritage and culture. This is showing the diversity of India.
Hello guys, nice to meet you again 🙏 I am in love with this family, i don't know why but i connect with you guys in some way. Got affectionate with the videos instantly. 🥰
Sev is made from chickpea flour seasoned with Indian spices, while bhujia is made from mixed flour, which includes moth bean flour and chickpea flour and then seasoned with mixed spices. - I came across your videos by mistake and I love them. Your videos are so interesting and makes me homesick but at the same time brings a smile to my face. I find myself talking to you while watching it. Thank you - Good Luck
6:35 if you didn't like it then it must be an average or poorly made Rosogolla . In my opinion Rasgolla is an amazing sweet which I am very confident that 99.99% people on the planet will like if it is made like it is supposed to. One of the best I have ever eaten were from West Bengal and Jharkhand. Extremely soft and very very very tender and almost melts in your mouth and feels just a little bit like sponge but not fabric or cloth like sponge which I guess is what you are experiencing here. I personally feel bad that when someone comes from abroad and doesn't get to taste at least one good rasgulla.

Costs only dollar 6 where I live :)
Hahahahaha we feel your pain as that’s us the majority of the time (when not in India!) Just today I saw someone eating a dosa in New York and had the feeling of what you describe. It looked very mediocre and probably cost $10. So sorry!
@@StephandPete hahaha. Cheers. Love. I might end up selling food here. I don't really understand the economics of food in developed countries. In India, even if you earn average, one can afford to buy 2-3 meals (maybe one full meal, a snack, some tea) a day. In the west, being able to buy food regularly is a privilege even for the affluent.
