With the unrest that came from our TBOW Unboxing, we are back with a review! After a few thousand arrows of testing and a couple tournaments under it we are reviewing with backing.
Yes this is a Knockoff of the Tempest by Border Archery out of Scotland, anyless fun to shoot? Probably not. One day we will find out!

I've heard that design is very well balanced and shoots well but to me I find it unattractive because it looks too much like a compound bow. As a hunting tool I'm sure you will be pleased with it. Bow hunting on Hawaii sounds fun! Good luck!

I understand that it’s definitely an unorthodox shape, it took me a bit to get used to it. The balance is there for sure. As for hunting it definitely lends to a more stable shot due to its weight. Our hunting is definitely unique due to our terrain and micro climates.

Curious if those extreme recurve limbs are faster than normal limbs (same weight)?
With the excessive and extreme recurves at the same weight as a traditional recurve does add a few more FPS due to the extreme recurve returning back to its original shape after you release it. It’s also a smooth draw and release feels almost like a compound bowl and a cam system. Aloha 🤙🏾
