Hopefully this helps. I've been having problems with my internet because I deleted a file it needed by accident
gotta be something weird with the timing.
held the 'up' volume and power, released once I saw the first logo. failed.. must be 30 or more times. but then it finally worked. don't know why.. maybe there's a 1/2 second window to get to the recovery screen. lol. I thought there was something different about my tablet, but guess it's just the timing.

I have tried this 10 times but it does not go into reset mode after turning off then holding volume and off\on button together.I release immediately after logo but it just boots up as normal.Is there any other way to factory reset?

Power/VolUpe ven after u see Blackview On screen let it blink twice and then let it go.
If there's another soul that's searching on how to enter recovery mode - a lot of videos have it incorrect. Most videos mention pressing two buttons, but actually you have to:
hold 3 buttons: Volume UP + Volume DOWN + power

اصلحت شاشتة قبل سويعات من الان
كان يعمل لكن الواي فاي لم يعمل لكني اصلحت الامر
ومن ثم انطفئ لانتهاء الشحن ثم بعد ذلك لم استطع تشغيلة مرة اخرة اصبح يعطي شعار اسم الشركة ثم ينطفئ ويعيد وكذا ...ماذا افعل
نفس الحاله بس مصالحته هو من ذاته اصبح يطفي ويشغل
