There’s nothing like bonding with the grandchildren. 🤗 We take our 7 year old grandson camping too. We’ve got every other weekend and a full week planned and all booked with him this summer. Can’t wait!

With all your Enthusiasm about michigan sure sounds like you will be back. Our favorite bike trail goes from the Petoskey RV resort to Charlevoix, it runs right next to Lake Michigan, it is BEAUTIFUL! and the campground is the nicest you will find
I live in Ohio and remember growing up back in the very early 80's. Parents took us camping couple times at the place that was known as Sulphur Lake Campground now it's called Arrowhead Lake Campground. I remember our spot for our camper was right down from the public restrooms/showers.It's been like 42 years seen I seen that place but remember how it was back than back in the very early 80's.
We just (Tuesday) traded in our 2019 GD reflection 303rls 5th wheel. We put over 32k miles on it and traveled all over. The longest we were away from home was this year. We left in early September because our 1st granddaughter was born and then on to Florida. We are now only a few weeks away from heading back with a new rig. RV travel is addictive! We went on the park website. Every morning and look for cancellations. They will also notify you if you sign up for cancellations. It worked great for us. We had no spots until a few days before.

@@bikernu we do! I had to go to the right. However, it’s still blind because if I pull out to sharp the tail swing will take out the electrical pedestal. I have Rhonda back there every time coming and going. She is my eyes every time.

@@GOATOIA36 I towed it with the 2016 Silverado 1500 in the beginning. It did great! With the diesel we get 10-11 mpg towing. The gasser gets 8 mpg towing. The beautiful thing about our truck is the exhaust brake. 435hp with 910lbs of torque.
