- While on one of our favorite vacations of the year my new Whiteshark Navbow from Sublue died within minutes of using it. This was the fourth or fifth time ever using it. I show it stop working, discuss the Customer Service from Sublue and the process & issues, and the final result of the situation.

We have the white shark and it's broken twice in about half a dozen uses. First time the charger broke. Now it shut off after 5 minutes and the battery has a crack in it. Probably overheated a cell and swelled up. Seems like inadequate quality for a saltwater environment.
That thing is pretty cool
Have you flown on an airplane with this thing? The battery is 158Wh and FAA/TSA only allow for 99Wh max supposedly. Have you had any issues?
Also besides it being broken, any other issues since then? I'm seeing a lot of Amazon reviews mentioning rust on the motor and it failing aver 4-5 uses.
Hello Im kinda interested with this Model of Sublue. As of this year 2023 is it still in good condition…? Any update 🙏 like your video👍😎
No problems since with the unit. Still enjoy it, still just as fast. I may actually do an update video on this, that doesn't sound like a bad idea. I'm hoping to get to some nice locations this year to grab some awesome videos with it underwater, so stay tuned and be sure to Subscribe!**SK**

I bought a navbow 3 years ago, turbo mode has never once worked. Immediately malfunctions and shuts off as soon as you switch to turbo. Total junk as far as I’m concerned.
To bad you didn't get it out to the CS team earlier they may have been able to resolve it. Sorry to hear that. Turbo does really reduce the ride time but it is a fun mode to have, especially in a large pool. Sport mode is where it's at really, long use and doesn't tire you out as much on long rides. But I get it, I would be frustrated too if that was my experience. Thanks for watching and the feedback, be sure to Subscribe!
What’s their warranty like? Would it work for a heavier person?
It's 1 year except on like the propeller and motor etc is 6 months. It will absolutely work on a larger person, friend of mine is maybe 250 lbs. and it pulls him no problem. I have a few videos out now with the Navbow and will have one more out probably right before or after Christmas. Be sure to Subscribe!**SK**
@@SKLIFEstyle my husband is big & tall and loves scuba/snorkel and anything water related. I think I’ll get him this as a gift. Thanks for your videos!
@@margaby2001 It will be perfect for him. Happy I could help!**SK**
