He could´ve rehearsed this his whole life, doesn´t mean is close to acceptable.
I mean, Freddy Mercury was one of, if not the, best singers ever. His vocal range may have covered a full four octaves, there are scientific studies about it and it's unique characteristics. So no one can compare (or more specifically, there are about 10 singers in the world that can compare, including the likes of Bowie and McCartney), but this guys does it pretty well.

People have to understand that the purpose of this performance is NOT to prove that they can sing Bohemian Rhapsody as great as Freddie, but because they are trying to recreate the masterpiece Freddie has created (and of course, to guess who the masked singer is) into their own. I still can't get around the Korean accent and it not being a British accent when I hear this song. Other than that very good effort, and I think people saying he hasn't listened to the original is because his inflections and holding of notes isnt the same as the original so doesn't give is that triumphant or emotional feel. Erin Dsouza actually seen Freddie perform, he would have loved this. Very few could match his voice exactly. It is what made him a legend. RUclips has some great documentaries on him and Queen. Some bands have stage presence , some musical talent, and some have a few hits being mediocre. Queen had some of the highest marks in all 3.
Freddie even said that " you can do what you want with my music just dont make it boring" . This performance is not boring 🕺

Of course his vocals are on point; he's called God of Vocal in Korea after all. As for his pronunciation, it's actually much better than most Korean celebrities' English pronunciation. At least I don't have to look at the lyrics to know what words he's singing.

He owned the song performance and that's the most important part.
