    I wish all doctors had the patience and time to explain patients' conditions. It's such a help. It also gives patients the sense that the practitioner really understands them and their needs:)

    I continue to enjoy watching your videos. Why is it that when the toenails become fungal they begin to have nooks and crannies form under the toenail? I like the way that you take your time and clean under the toenails and remove the fungal tissue. Scraping away the calluses and removing the corns is accomplished with aplomb. His feet certainly gained character after you took care of them. Thank you for another great video. Pam

      Betty Bert me too. Seems like quite a mess.

    • @harrell921
      @harrell921 4 года назад

      Betty Bert From my knowledge of sterilization in the Dental field, we scrub the tools with antibacterial soap, then rinse, place the tools in sealed steam sterilization bags and then place them in an autoclave/ultrasonic cleaning machine. It’s almost like a dish washer for the tools. It uses a specific type of cleaner, while sound waves run through the machine causing bacteria’s or debris to breakdown. Then they are heated and vented all in the same machine. 😉

    • @fizzypop1249
      @fizzypop1249 4 года назад

      Betty Bert used to be an autoclave when I was working in salons.

    • @roseyannette2030
      @roseyannette2030 4 года назад

      I know I am not the doctor, however I do have a nail drill and bits, some of the bits are metal and can be autoclaved /sterilized and the sandpaper type "bits" are really just sandpaper on a cardboard ring and can be thrown out after each patient (the sandpaper ones are very inexpensive and come bagged or boxed by the hundreds - or anyway mine do). As for the metal bits, they are NOT WAY expensive so I am willing to bet he has several of each kind he uses, just like he has several pair of scissors and tweezers etc. he sterilizes. Have a GREAT day and Happy Watching, we are all sick sick sick, you know! LOL LOL LOL
