Interesting webinar! Thank you! the cathedral example is ill-advised in today's world. The cathedral as an object as the big picture is very concrete. You can see it and it's obvious, tangible! The object is communicative, meaning as you built it, you don't need to talk, human can see it. Today, most of the big pictures are abstract, big ideas, not as tangible. As the object is foggy, you can't use it as much and it's very hard for people to see things as you are building. Old management approaches such as having people trying to translate what abstract objects mean for them just does not work. It only creates confusion, not coherence. People need to be involved in the shaping of the object, so they can see, and move things along coherently, articulating is the key in today's world!

This is fantastic. Any chance we get the actual webinar recording? So bummed I couldn't attend because an emergency meeting came up...
