Excuse me but he's obviously not lip-syncing. If you listen really carefully you can hear the echoes his mic makes when he sings and does lip-syncing do that? Maybe his live is so good you thought he was lip-syncing?😊
He's Not Lip Syncing here. Most of them in SHINee don't like to. I know for a fact he wasn't on this one. In MV's they do a lot. 'Can I have your number' in the Korean & Japanese MV's, their lip-Syncing. Jonghyun certainly was. In concert- nope.
Usually there's a backing track, but here the backing vocals are used as main, while he doesn't really sing (and this is also where the breathing comes from, just to make it seem as live singing). This is a live preformance but not live singing, that's all. I'm a singer and also familiar with the industry so that's seems pretty obvious to me. All in all, believe whatever you'd like...
