- Chef Lucas Sin (Nice Day Chinese & Junzi Kitchen) and Chef Eric Sze (886) show off how they spend their nights after cooking all day: never-ending Long Island Iced Teas and as much Chinese food as they can stomach. Along with Chef Rich Ho, Stevie Chu, and friend Justin Au, they visit Momofuku Ko, Ping’s Cantonese food in Manhattan Chinatown, Spicy Palace in Flushing Queens, and end with a LIIT challenge at Josie’s Wood Pub in Manhattan.

Def yes. This was so fun to watch
Eric hardcore embodies that Asian uncle energy. White shirt, shorts and sandals, constantly sweating and fanning himself. One leg up on a chair and no fucks left (IFYYK). Super fun to experience the vibe this group brings and the appreciation they bring to food they're eating. Thanks Munchies!

When Lucas said he was scared of Stevie I was like "Oh haha that's adorable I guess Stevie's the party guy."
And then he came up with a genius fucking drinking game and now I understand exactly where Lucas was coming from. Stevie's fucking dangerous.

Ths was shot beautifully and probably one of the best Munchies episodes for all the right reasons. Real camaraderie between the lads, incredible food, pre game LIIT's and the camera work. Throw in that wacky Hongky English Lillipudian accent that happens around Wan Chai late nights.

Please let us have a series of Chef's After Dark. After the loss of Anthony Bourdain, no one quite shows the passion behind this incredibly important profession- until I saw you guys talking about each other and your careers. I'd love to see more!
There have been a few misses on these Chef's Night Outs - pretentious chefs and boring personalities. But wow, these dudes rule. Lucas is so well spoken, these guys seem really genuine, and this food looks awesome. Not that my opinion matters, but give these guys everything they want, and keep producing content with them.

I've been casually watching various chef's night out for a while,and I can say I've never wanted to hang out with a group of chef's more that these guys, they had so much fun,Incredible food and good energy. This group needs a collective series.

I like that theyre just 5 really great Asian friends that go out, eat and get hammered, without making a mess, commotion or a fool of themselves.
Ping's getting some love is definitely awesome. They are easily the best Cantonese in Manhattan.
I can't believe they chose Ping's - which is also one of my fav. canto rest. These 5 should start a food tour across America!

Dont know how the chefs in the series can still handle a knife and do any cooking after drinking the whole day. Shout out to Ping's, awesome food. Gotta love the Ctown BYOB spots.

This was so good, top notch, good shit Munchies. I grew up watching Munchies videos all through out high school. These have always been my dream night outs. Some of my best memories are nights like these with loved ones. Thanks for sharing these nights with us.

my online ass has been wasting away eating meals to chefs night out since the beginning of the series, usually I have to stomach how cringe and pompous the hosts are but this was literally the GOAT episode of this series and I don't think these guys' energies will ever be matched! Just listen to the comments munchies and start a damn series with these dudes! Amazing episode and made my trash meal taste a lot better!

This is the type of night out I 100% could/would get behind! Never before have I seen an "American" (obvs it is more East Asian) night out and been impressed with the level of drinking! Given I am British we know we have serious issues surrounding drinking culture especially binge drinking! But chefs night out is fucking epic!! 😁😁❤
