  • The fascinating story of the St Peter's Church in Drogheda, Co Louth, Ireland. It is the shrine of Saint Oliver Plunkett who was hung, drawn and quatered in England after a show trial.
His relics were brought back to Drogheda in the 1920.
When he was canonised in 1975, he became the first new Irish saint for 700 years. The church was built in 1884.

St Oliver Plunkett. Does anyone know what St Oliver would have worn?
