The commentary in these is also golden. Bisping’s “can’t stay in the pocket like that” and than Weili just mauls Andrade and the “no, can’t throw her” from Cruz just a split second before Rose’s head gets slammed in the canvas. 🔥

To me it feels like, before JJ, women MMA fighters mostly pawed at each other with arm punches. I mean, as a 200 lb man I think I would feel safe letting any of these tiny little women hit me and I could shrug it off. Then came JJ, and Andrade, and Weili, not to mention bigger women like Cyborg and Amanda. When the modern generation of female MMA fighters punch, they're basically guys. Do I still think I can laugh it off if someone like Andrade or Weili hit me? Nope. Now I would run, lol

I wish her well in whatever comes next in her life, I'm sure she will give it her all just like she did when fighting in the toughest MMA organisation.
That's all you can do but if you don't have the mentality/heart an work ethic then you won't accomolish the best of whatever you do in life, I came from nothing an have a life people dream of despite my literary deficit I still made it. I also have people that do all of that now, the important things anyway but RUclips obviously isn't the case hence my awful Grammar/Punctuation etcetera.

In their first fight JJ probably outstruck Weili by something like 55-45. But when Weili hit JJ, every time, it probably hurt like hell. Like anyone with a champion's heart, of course JJ went back into the cage for a rematch with Weili. But she already knew, going in, that she was going to get hurt bad, because she knew Weili hits like a truck. As it turned out, it was very one sided. Weili got much better, and stronger, and JJ was kind of checked out emotionally. No surprise it ended the way it did. Weili was much stronger, more skilled this time, and she wanted it a lot more.

I felt that rose fought the same way in the Joanna rematch as well. She fights very cautious in her rematches, even when she won the 1st fight too.

Honestly Rose should have been cut after a performance like that, absolutely horrific and it basically fucked up the card (thank god for Chandler vs Ferguson and Oliveira vs Gaethje)

traditionally lower weight classes, particularly women's, are not known for having KOs, but damn, that group of JJ, Weili, Andrade and Rose put together some amazing fights. And the parity is special if you look at the 'mma math.'

I just don't like when the fighter on the ground doesn't get any protection or grace like a standing eight count and the one that knocked them down gets to take cheap shots until they're cold.
