I come back to this one every once in a while, but now that frontiers is out I think about this even more. You generally make pretty great remixes, but this is basically a brand new piece. I like the version that we got, and tbh it fits more since it's supposed to be calmer and listened to for hours on end. But this is a masterpiece. You legit captured the feeling of the game so well. I honestly wished this was the main theme instead of I'm Here. It's just amazing.

This is fire, at 0:50 to 1:15 it gave me an Arid Canyon from SRB2 Vibe, you took what was mostly an ambient track and made it sound like it could be used in an intense sequence.
The increase in tempo works well with Sonic’s style of music. Between this awesome remix and Sonic Guitars added guitars, you two truly enhanced the trailer theme.
I like how it still feels mysterious and atmospheric as the original track but you managed to somehow make it fit with sonic's speed, good job burgerboy
