Thanks for getting me back to books! I used to read ALL the time but social media took over! I love your book recommendations and always watch your reading wrap ups! You give great book reviews but how do you remember what every one is about when you read them so quickly!? 😂 you have book superpowers ❤
I only started getting back into reading late in the year, but The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides was SO GOOD! I also loved The Perfect Child by Lucinda Berry and A Thousand Boy Kisses by Tillie Cole.
I don't understand the hype around It Ends With Us. It was good, but I also gave it a 5 star because I was caught up in the hype of it. But I know that if I read it again it would probably be a 3 or 4. It's nothing unbelievable; I enjoyed It Starts With Us way more.
I think my top 3 were the ACOTAR series, Malibu rising & reminders of him. I didn’t read nearly as many as you last year, but I’m hoping to get through a lot more this year. I have a ton of the ones you went thru on my TBR so I can’t wait to get thru some of them!! I definitely rated a lot of the books I first read way higher than I would now 😂 I changed a few that I really disagreed with my original rating on recently lol
The novella in the ACOTAR was so blah but I really liked the last one. My top 3 were all series but the ACOTAR series, the Dark Olympus series by Katee Roberts and the It Happened One Summer series by Tessa Bailey. This year I started the Brutal Birthright series on your recommendation and I love it so far!!❤
Oh Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo is THE book that got me into reading. Definitely recommend it to everyone I know lol. A lot of your faves are on my TBR :)
I’m hoping to make a conscious effort to read more this year and scroll less; so thank you for the recommendations! I have a couple recommendations for you. I loved, Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez. It was one of my favorites from this year. One of my all time favorites is, She’s Come Undone by Wally Lamb. It’s a longer read, but I think it’s well done, and I’m always surprised at how well the author writes a female’s perspective.
Love it!!! I have read several of these! I really loved Perfect Strangers, Into the Drowning Deep and the Strike Series that JK Rowling writes under a pen name! I have added several of these to my TBR! ❤
I have to agree with this ends with us I picked it up because you gave it 5 stars although I was totally hooked and couldn't put it down I know if I re-read it again I wouldn't enjoy it as much. This one was a lil heavy for me also I remember having to put it down because it was heavy. Definitely trigger warning on this one. I want to read all your 5 star books Love your book reviews. I need to save this video lol
Ok I have no idea if this would be your genre BUT if you want something different: The Silent Patient and The Maidens by Alex Michaelides and then A Gentleman in Moscow
Using this as my TBR for this year!!
