Hello..I really enjoyed this video and I'm just trying to learn about jewelry making and haven't made anything yet, just a wire tree with little beads..I'm afraid of the jewelry turning..do you do this because the wire turns?? Can you just leave the piece untreated?? Or can you treat the wire first before making anything?? I would love your advice! Thank you!
Aside from changing the appearance, does this do anything to protect the copper long term from oxidising and going green or something? If you leave the copper bare is it less stable against the elements or anything? Xx

But does patina just change color of the metal? Giving it a more antique look? Can I use metal tweezers? Just ask because I have so many laying around for craft purposes. I don’t mind it changing color.
