I remember listening to his live 10 hour freestyle, falling asleep to it and having crazy dreams then waking up in the morning with him still going doing mostly double and triple speed ludicrous lyrics
He has been obsessively practicing for 23 years as well since he was 11 and he is 33 now. Wordplay Wednesday is definitely something he can utilize to practice but it’s more for just fun and shit. He practices using word generator too and he practices rhyming couplets, and his Setup/Punchline technique. And he also practices using less filler words and sentences, which could be reducing how many times he says “HMack” and or other things.
