In a bundt pan,
Sprinkle some cheese
Add a layer of popcorn chicken
Add layer of mashed potatoes
1 can of sweet corn
Pour some brown gravy in
Layer of sharp cheddar
Green onion
350 for 20-25 minutes

Maybe line the inside if the pan with biscuits (you love those store bought rolls), that would create a crust so you could turn it out from the Bundt pan?

The only thing is, I wish they came with a lid. That way, if you don't use them all. Just put the lid on. I know I'm being lazy, but Country Crock used to make potatoes just like that, but they came with a lid. I guess I got spoiled. But you are right they are very good. My Mama and I used to cook these potatoes and some field peas, and that was dinner. So good.

I was expecting you to flip it over and it would come out in the form of the Bundt pan. Now that I think of it, that would never work. So, since you just scoop it out to serve it whats the point in putting it in the Bundt pan verses a 13x9 dish?

Are the mashed taters cooked? or in there uncooked?
The mashed potatoes that come in those tubs are cooked and refrigerated and just need to be heated. You could probably mix up one of those flavors pouches of instant potatoes as well
