Staying At The MCO Hyatt Regency Before A Disney Cruise With DCL Port Transfers - August 26, 2022

When you're flying to a destination for a cruise, you don't want to fly on the day of the cruise, because your flight could be delayed or canceled or have other issues. So, flying in the day prior is smart.
If you're taking a Disney cruise from Port Canveral, it's an easy choice to stay in the Orlando Airport Hyatt Regency when you fly in a day early. And if you have Disney Cruise Line transfers from the airport to the port, things are even easier, because DCL will transfer your luggage from your hotel room to your stateroom at no extra cost. Sounds risky - does it work?

I went on the Disney Fantasy back in March I did the same thing I flew in the day before, stayed in the same hotel, and used DCL transfers and it worked for me my luggage made it to my stateroom.

Do you have to let them transfer your luggage or are you allowed to take your luggage with you on the bus?

We did, yes. It was roundtrip.
