Im a big fan of slim and i just enjoyed this battle . Slim boogie was awesome but dino deserve to win his flow is awesome. Being a judge is much harder then we think

Great battle! I personally favored Slim here. I felt the way he connected with the music was more unique and unpredictable. Dino's a great dancer though and I'm sure Jr had his reasons to decide it in Dino's favor.

@JRockABMCrew I kinda agree. The battle was close but Slim seemed like he was in groove mode more than he was in battle mode. He's so intricate and precise but sometimes a battle requires you to portray that energy.

3;33 hittin the scratches, SLIM for the win here. longer sets, amazing musicality, better control. I love DINO, easily my favorite dancer. and maybe Jr Boogaloo felt more emotion in his dance here, maybe he was scared to show too favoritism... but SLIM Boogie took this one in my book, 5:36 stayin humble to the end, he coulda beat Acky too. excited for the finals!

It's called control mate. Get with the program. If you hit hard the entire time your set has no where to go. WHere as if you hit soft then you can build and then hit hard. It makes the set more dynamic!!!
Actually there is no more loser or winner to the Dancers at this level, they feel and perform their own stuffs on a totally different level, its all about on-the-spot performance and determination, a little bit of luck is necessary as well at sometimes, so why dont you guys just appreciate it and go to bed, we r not gonna change anything though, and I do think Dino deserve it btw

That's exactly it, the judges knew more about popping and that is the reason Dino won. He popped better, period.
loved the 5:10 - 5:25 part even Slim Boogie enjoyed it.. :)

In my personal Opinion i saw Slim in Front but this is deff hard to Judge both are on an Awesome Brutal Level ! Congratz to Both of this dope Battle so nice to watch !

Dino's hitting and popping is superb, while he is fluid and rides the song, even the vocals which is very important, he manages to hit with the right muscles at the right time.
He won because of these following things, his hits are cleaner, his foundations are much better, better energy, more impressive moves, tighter footwork and musicality... just overall a much better popper. Dig Slim's style though.

I'm surprised they gave it to Dino. Both were fantastic, but Slim was popping more. He also went about 30 seconds longer than Dino first round. Granted, Slim seemed to lose steam at a couple points. But he comes back with another 80 second round while Dino goes for about 60. Not saying who goes longer = better... i'm just saying one goes strong for30 sec more than the other one who's goin equally hard. Also the off beat kill that Slim gets at 3:27 was nice, but Dino kept it real by hittin it too

not everything is about robotics and hitting hard, or animation, there are a lot of styles, slim boogie has his own style and dino has his funky style. it would be boring if everyone started doin animation or robotics, and each and everyone is different just like our personality, and when we dance, isn't that a way to express ourselves?? and not everything has to be a HARD hit, it's also about control and finess and such. not tryna diss you or anything btw.

I think Slim took this. I'm probably being biased though. He worked more levels, was more creative, flowed better, looked a little cleaner than Dino, but Dino was hitting more than Slim and looked like he was fellin' it a bit more, so it makes sense. I GOTTA KNOW THAT FIRST SONG.

this was so friggin sick that I don't care who won. They were both so on point its really tough to pick a winner.
